We help businesses scale through innovative talent solutions and technology services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, generate qualified leads, and expand VGreenTEK&#8217;s market presence. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth across staffing and technology service offerings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT Staffing, Recruitment, and services.<\/li>\n<li>Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with <strong>decision-makers, HR leaders, hiring managers, and business owners.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.<\/li>\n<li>Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals, RFP responses, commercial quotations, and service agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Represent VGreenTEK at industry events, business forums, and networking platforms.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp;
