This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation<\/li>\n<li>Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements<\/li>\n<li>Calculate and apply statutory deductions, benefits, bonuses, and final settlements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies<\/li>\n<li>Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping data for payroll processing<\/li>\n<li>Support recruitment through job posting coordination, candidate screening, and interview scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearances<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for management and audit purposes<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in HR operations, including employee records and lifecycle management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of timekeeping, attendance, and leave management systems<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy in data management, reporting, and audit support<\/li>\n<li>Experience in recruitment coordination and HR administrative tasks<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills for employee support and stakeholder coordination\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why RecruitGo?<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
