With early U.S. market entry complete, the next phase is to build strong retailer engagement and consumer activation programs that introduce our beloved European brands to American shoppers in a way that is locally relevant, culturally resonant, and commercially impactful.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Trade Marketing & Brand Activation Manager is a key role in this journey. This position will help bring Cloetta\u00e2\u0080\u0099s brands to life in the U.S. market by supporting retail customers, executing activation programs, and ensuring excellent local execution across retailer and consumer touchpoints.<\/p>\n

This is about helping translate strategy into action. You will work closely with Sales, Global Marketing, agency partners, and retail customers to support awareness, trial, and long-term brand growth.<\/p>\n

As U.S. Trade Marketing & Brand Activation Manager, your mission is to support the successful execution of marketing, shopper marketing, and retailer activation initiatives that help Cloetta\u00e2\u0080\u0099s brands grow in the U.S. market across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints.<\/p>\n

You will:<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Independently manage the execution of U.S. marketing plans rooted in global brand strategy.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Adapt approved global assets and materials for U.S. retailer and consumer engagement.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Execute retailer programs, shopper marketing initiatives, trade shows, and retailer-facing marketing activities.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Partner closely with Sales, Global Marketing, agencies, and retail partners to ensure consistent and effective execution.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Build awareness, trial, and retailer engagement for Cloetta brands across multiple channels.<\/p>\n

Drive Retail & Trade Marketing Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Create sell-in materials, retailer programs, and shopper marketing initiatives.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Lead retailer presentations, category reviews, and activation plans alongside the Sales team.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Lead retail promotions and retailer-specific marketing programs.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Ensure brand consistency across all retailer-facing materials.<\/p>\n

Lead Events, Sampling & Consumer Activation<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Independently manage trade shows, sampling events, retailer meetings, and consumer experiences that introduce Cloetta brands to U.S. shoppers.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Own influencer, social, and experiential programs in partnership with agency partners.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Execute launch initiatives and promotional programs across key channels.<\/p>\n

Manage Agencies, Partners & Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 \u00a0Manage U.S. creative, digital, PR, and experiential agencies.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Manage timelines, project deliverables, and activation calendars.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Connect global and local stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.<\/p>\n

Insights & Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Analyze U.S. consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activity to inform business strategy and decision-making. <\/p>\n

\u00a0Lead evaluation of marketing and promotional performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness. <\/p>\n

Identify and drive opportunities to enhance retailer partnerships, strengthening engagement and activation impact.<\/p>\n

Experience & Background<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 3\u00e2\u0080\u00936 years in trade marketing, shopper marketing, retailer marketing, brand activation, or related CPG marketing roles.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Experience within food, beverage, confectionery, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries preferred.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Experience supporting retailer programs and retailer-facing initiatives.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and channels.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Experience working with agencies, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n

WHAT DO WE OFFER? <\/strong><\/p>\n

The compensation range for this position is based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. The salary range for this role is $95,000\u00e2\u0080\u0093$115,000 and is performance bonus eligible.<\/span><\/p>\n
