In this remote role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and operational processing of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for Australian clients. You will assist with fund maintenance, transaction processing, reconciliations, compliance support, and audit preparation while ensuring accuracy and adherence to Australian regulatory requirements. Experience working with Australian SMSFs and platforms such as BGL Simple Fund 360 or Class Super is highly preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Position: Operations Analyst (Australian SMSF)<\/p>\n<p>Salary: PHP 60,000 &#8211; PHP 80,000\/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)<\/p>\n<p>Working Hours &amp; Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, AU Business Hours; full-time (remote)<\/p>\n<p>Holidays: TBD<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years experience in SMSF Operations, SMSF Administration, Superannuation Administration, Fund Administration, or Financial Services Operations. <\/li>\n<li> Experience processing high-volume transactions and routine operational tasks. <\/li>\n<li> Experience using BGL Simple Fund 360, Class Super, SuperMate, or similar platforms. <\/li>\n<li> Strong attention to detail and process adherence. <\/li>\n<li> Comfortable working within structured workflows and SOP-driven environments. <\/li>\n<li> Experience supporting Australian financial services, accounting, or SMSF firms is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li> Strong data entry, reconciliation, and records management skills. <\/li>\n<li> Excellent organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: 2+ years of experience in SMSF administration, superannuation operations, fund administration, or related Australian financial services roles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Australian SMSF clients is highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Australian superannuation and SMSF processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using BGL Simple Fund 360, Class Super, SuperMate, or similar SMSF platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of reconciliations, transaction processing, and financial record maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working remotely with Australian accounting, SMSF, or financial services firms is advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Competitive salary based on experience and skill set <\/li>\n<li> 100% remote role \u00e2\u0080\u0094 work from home anywhere in the Philippines <\/li>\n<li> Paid local holidays aligned with the Australian business calendar <\/li>\n<li> Opportunities for training and professional growth <\/li>\n<li> Work directly with a supportive Australian team \u00e2\u0080\u0094 no agency middleman <\/li>\n<li> Long-term engagement with a stable and growing business <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Note: This is for active pooling purposes only.
