Cada una de \u00c3\u00a9stas nos hace ser quienes somos, y es entre todos, como Un Solo Equipo, que buscamos diariamente reinventarnos y superar las experiencias de nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Un Equipo lleno de sue\u00c3\u00b1os que hace que las cosas pasen. nos atrevemos a emprender e innovar, a tomar riesgos y a generar oportunidades que nos permitan estar siempre a la vanguardia lo que nos lleva a reinventarnos para entregar la mejor experiencia de compra en cualquier punto de encuentro con nosotros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Misi\u00c3\u00b3n Del Cargo<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Brindar atenci\u00c3\u00b3n postventa al cliente Falabella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funciones Del Cargo<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Atender a los clientes de manera oportuna a trav\u00c3\u00a9s de los diversos canales de atenci\u00c3\u00b3n del SAC.<\/p>\n<p>Atender al cliente de manera oportuna desde cualquier canal de atenci\u00c3\u00b3n que determine la Gerencia de SAC seg\u00c3\u00ban sea la necesidad de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Registrar y gestionar la Solicitud de Servicio del cliente seg\u00c3\u00ban el canal que corresponda.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinar con las \u00c3\u00a1reas que se requiera para obtener la informaci\u00c3\u00b3n y respuestas necesarias con el fin de dar una atenci\u00c3\u00b3n \u00c3\u00b3ptima al cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Cumplir con los est\u00c3\u00a1ndares de calidad y procedimientos de atenci\u00c3\u00b3n, acordes al canal por el cual atendamos a nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requisitos<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Egresado o estudiantes de \u00c3\u00baltimos ciclos de de Ing.
