Deliver short, mid, and long-term sales targets for PCGB, acting as a sales consultant using structured improvement tools, while ensuring compliance with commercial and operational guidelines. Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Centre Principals, escalating issues where performance gaps persist.<\/p>\n
