We help organizations around the world communicate and collaborate more effectively through technology that is flexible, reliable, and built for growth.<\/p>\n<p>The HRIS &amp; Payroll Coordinator is responsible for supporting payroll processing and HR administrative functions to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant operations across the organization. This role plays an important part in delivering a positive employee experience by maintaining payroll accuracy, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring the integrity of employee data across our systems.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience processing payroll, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment. This position partners closely with employees, managers, Finance, and external vendors to support a global workforce and contribute to operational excellence within the People Team. <strong>If you are located in the Sarasota area, this role will be Hybrid 2 days in the office, otherwise this role will be remote.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Your Role:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Payroll Administration<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple locations, including international payroll. <\/li>\n<li>Review payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and benefit changes. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolving payroll discrepancies. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state\/provincial, and local regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal departments regarding payroll-related issues. <\/li>\n<li>Support year-end payroll activities including tax forms and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HRIS &amp; HR Administration<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS system. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documentation and system updates. <\/li>\n<li>Support employee benefits administration, enrollments, and changes. <\/li>\n<li>Generate HR and payroll reports as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and HRIS. <\/li>\n<li>Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of payroll practices, wage laws, and compliance requirements. <\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. <\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting multi-state or international payroll is considered a plus.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payroll certification (CPP, PCP, or similar) is an asset. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in a fast-paced or global organization preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>What We Offer:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive Benefit Options (Health, Vision, Dental, Long &amp; Short term Disability), effective after a short waiting period<\/li>\n<li>Matching 401K program &#8211; 100% match on 4%<\/li>\n<li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan after one year of service<\/li>\n<li>Flexible Time Off &amp; Company Holidays<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial work environment partnered with high growth career opportunities<\/li>\n<li>We value transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
