This role is essential to delivering the high-quality home repair and improvement services our customers have come to expect. As a Handyman, you will serve as the face of our company, working directly with homeowners to complete a wide variety of residential projects while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in helping customers improve their homes, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Review project scopes and prepare all necessary tools and materials before arriving at job sites. <\/li>\n<li> Perform residential repairs and maintenance, including: <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li> Carpentry <\/li>\n<li> Drywall repair and patching <\/li>\n<li> Interior and exterior painting <\/li>\n<li> Light plumbing repairs <\/li>\n<li> Electrical fixture installations and replacements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li> Communicate project progress and any unexpected findings to homeowners and management. <\/li>\n<li> Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. <\/li>\n<li> Ensure all work areas are properly cleaned upon project completion. <\/li>\n<li> Manage daily schedules and arrive at service appointments on time. <\/li>\n<li> Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Must Have<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in residential home repair, maintenance, or a related skilled trade. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools. <\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to independently manage time and complete projects efficiently. <\/li>\n<li>Reliable transportation. <\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with homeowners.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with smart home technology or home automation systems. <\/li>\n<li>Previous customer-facing service experience. <\/li>\n<li>Trade certifications or specialized training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly pay <\/li>\n<li>Consistent full-time schedule <\/li>\n<li>Supportive team environment <\/li>\n<li>Variety of projects and daily responsibilities <\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional development and skill growth <\/li>\n<li>Work with a respected and trusted national brand <\/li>\n<li>Independence in managing projects and schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ace Handyman Services is Hiring a Handyman!
