{"id":325272,"date":"2026-06-18T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.remotetribe.life\/remotejobs\/job\/scrum-master-3\/"},"modified":"2026-06-18T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T23:00:00","slug":"scrum-master-3","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.remotetribe.life\/remotejobs\/job\/scrum-master-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Scrum Master"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Scrum Master (Contractor) \u00e2\u0080\u0094 Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Dallas, Tx (Remote)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type<\/strong>: 6 Month Contract &#8211; NO C2C<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Agile delivery for assigned team(s) under guidance of the Senior Scrum Master Lead<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies (daily standups, spring planning, refinement, reviews, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain team boards and delivery artifacts (e.g., Jira storyboards, sprint backlogs) ensuring work is current and accurately tracked<\/li>\n<li>Assist with sprint forecasting, capacity planning and backlog readiness<\/li>\n<li>Track and escalate impediments, risks, and dependencies to the Senior Scrum Master Lead, follow through on action items<\/li>\n<li>Help monitor and report basic delivery metrics and support status updates<\/li>\n<li>Promote Agile best practices and help the team adopt consistent working agreements and continuous improvement actions<\/li>\n<li>Build working relationships with IT team members and business stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in an Agile delivery role<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Scrum fundamentals and Agile principles<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to raise risks\/issues early<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Agile delivery tools such as<strong> Jira<\/strong>, Confluence, and ServiceNow<\/li>\n<li>Scrum Master certification a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Blackstone Talent Group is a division of Blackstone Technology Group, a global IT services and solutions firm that implements technological solutions across commercial industry verticals and the US Federal Government.
