M3 has offices in Japan, UK, France, Germany, Brazil, Sweden, China, USA, and South Korea, as well as India.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day running of Real-World research projects, helping to ensure participant records are accurate, incentives are processed correctly, and panellist queries are handled efficiently. The role involves coordinating several project administration tasks, updating project trackers, identifying, and escalating issues, and supporting the wider project team to ensure projects run smoothly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Logistics &amp; Shipment Monitoring<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the delivery status of participant packs and PSCs.<\/li>\n<li>Check tracking numbers and review estimated delivery dates.<\/li>\n<li>Identify any delivery issues and flag them to the relevant team members for follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate shipment records and update project trackers as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Discrepancy Investigation &amp; Resolution Support<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the investigation of discrepancies between Pre-Recruitment Form (PRF) data and Patient Self Completion (PSC) records.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and organise information needed by the Custom Recruitment (CR) team to investigate and resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Record findings and keep clear documentation of discrepancies and actions taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Panellist Queries Support<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support with panellist enquiries received.<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to project-related questions.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate more complex issues where necessary and ensure appropriate follow-up is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Incentive Administration<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calculate and process participant incentives in line with project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of incentive payments.<\/li>\n<li>Review participant completion data to confirm incentive eligibility where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the wider team with general administrative and project-related tasks as required.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree or equivalent preferred<\/li>\n<li>1\u00e2\u0080\u00933 years of experience in a project coordination, project support, administrative, or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using survey platforms such as Confirmit would be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a project coordination, project support, or administrative role would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when working with data and project records.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written communication skills, particularly when dealing with participant enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must be willing to work in UK shift hours<\/p>\n<p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About M3- A Japanese global leader in the provision of ground-breaking and innovative technological and research solutions to the healthcare industry.
