$110,000<\/p>\n<p>+ Benefits Package<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Well-established local public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager to lead its tax department and oversee compliance operations for individual and corporate clients.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise preparation and review of corporate, individual, and related tax returns.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Puerto Rico and federal tax regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the tax team by assigning work, monitoring deadlines, and managing workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and senior staff.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain direct communication with clients regarding tax matters and planning opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Review financial reports and supporting tax documentation for accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Identify tax planning and optimization opportunities for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current with changes in Puerto Rico and federal tax laws.<\/li>\n<li>Support department goals, productivity targets, and process improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree in Accounting required.<\/li>\n<li>Active CPA license required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of tax compliance and consulting experience in public accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in a local public accounting firm highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing Puerto Rico and federal tax returns.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership experience supervising staff.<\/li>\n<li>Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>For confidential consideration, please apply directly or message me for additional details.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tax Manager San Juan, PR | Hybrid Salary: $100,000 &#8211;
