You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing provider and technician base. You will perform regular inspections and visits to customers in support of maintenance contracts, as well as creating opportunities for additional business. Work in coordination with Regional Manager to maintain and win new business in outlying areas at target revenue goals while maintaining high quality services. The District Manager supports all aspects of the management process to ensure consistent achievement of short and long-term goals in the mission statement based on our core values. This position has budgetary responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><u><span>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work closely with the Regional Manager and National Account Management Teams to establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Make regular visits to corporate customers in support of maintenance contracts and perform site inspection property audits, with an eye toward the opportunity to add on services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Work to build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in an assigned district.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base, ensuring quality delivery of services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Must respond with a sense of urgency to escalations and customer requests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Manage time to accomplish set KPIs, including an assigned weekly goal of scheduled visits as well as meeting and exceeding the incremental revenue expectations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Provide key market information and contribute to DMG\u00e2\u0080\u0099s long and short-term strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Own RFP initiatives while negotiating with providers to secure target financial goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Manage district and travel expenses within or below budget.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Support insurance claim investigations as needed and requested by the company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Other duties as assigned by management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><u><span>What You Need:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelors degree preferred and\/or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications \u00e2\u0080\u0093 Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Embrace technology \u00e2\u0080\u0093 experience using smart applications like an iPad or iPhone is a plus. Preferred experience with CRM software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Valid Driver\u00e2\u0080\u0099s License; must provide own vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Possess and demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Strong ability to think strategically and creatively. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and has a positive, extroverted, engaging personality.
