You will converse with C-Level Executives and managers from Mid-market and Fortune 500 companies to understand their business environment, identify their needs, and determine where Vena\u00e2\u0080\u0099s offering might fit. You will serve as a strategic partner to Vena\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Regional Sales Managers, continually building a pipeline of sales opportunities and helping move prospects through the sales process to close.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How You&#8217;ll Make An Impact<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Targeting prospective companies in the SMB, Mid Market &amp; Enterprise space<\/li>\n<li>Complete a high volume of outbound prospecting and market nurturing activities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and manage the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification<\/li>\n<li>Drive prospects to webinars and special events<\/li>\n<li>Track activity, sales progress, and territory market data in Salesforce.com<\/li>\n<li>Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We&#8217;d Love to See<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with North American customers<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Development Representative<\/li>\n<li>Experience in outbound cold calling, relationship building and territory management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively at all levels within an organization<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage new clients in value-add business conversations<\/li>\n<li>Technically savvy: interest in new software and curious about their functionality<\/li>\n<li>Coachability &#8211; willing to take and implement constructive feedback<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>You are competitive by nature: can overcome objections and are motivated to achieve sales targets\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Base salary: 1,242,632 INR<\/p>\n<p>Variable compensation: Up to 495,341 INR<\/p>\n<p>On-target earnings (OTE): 1,737,973 INR<\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our salaries are tailored to roles, levels and locations.
