This role will require you to place timely demands into fulfillment systems and ensure delivery of parts, tools and necessary services supporting outages. You will be responsible for tracking outage progress and issuing timely &amp; accurate customer billing.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Job Description<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><u><b>Roles and Responsibilities<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own cost classification, billing and collections for assigned customer portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for supporting Customer Service Manager (CSM) with outage planning and logistics<\/li>\n<li>Manage project controls for outages within assigned customer base<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for outage demand placement including parts requests, repair scheduling, and resourcing labor needs<\/li>\n<li>Collect time sheets from vendors and suppliers; calculate and generate invoices for billing<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the distribution and collection of Customer Feedback surveys<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain input in GE\u2019s OneSteam ERP system<\/li>\n<li>Support CSM as needed in customer communication, outage closeout and customer relationship deliverables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><b>Required Qualifications<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma \/ GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial\/billing, customer support, operations or forecasting position)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial\/billing, customer support, operations or forecasting role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><b>Desired Characteristics<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge &amp; experience within the power generation services, industrial, manufacturing industry<\/li>\n<li>Domain knowledge of field services requirements and transactional steam turbine, generator, and boiler outages<\/li>\n<li>Strong quality background<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP \/ Oracle)- Field Services Portal (FSP) and\/ or PowerMax\/OneSteam<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in IT systems with ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly<\/li>\n<li>Good financial knowledge and commercial \/ contractual experience<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated communication &amp; organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**You must have legal authorization to work in Canada and any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation: the drug screen requirement in the background check process is not required if the role is based in Canada.**<\/p>\n<p>For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $97,800 and $146,700 CAD.
