You can view our Awards and Accolades <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soci.ai\/culture\/\" rel=\"nofollow ugc noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Associate Customer Success Manager (SMB) is an individual contributor responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of small business customers. <strong>In this role, you will specifically support our North American accounts; therefore, this position operates during standard US working hours. <\/strong>This role serves as the primary post-sale\u00a0point of contact, owning the customer relationship and gross revenue retention (GRR) through\u00a0consistent execution of SOCi\u2019s defined customer engagement model.\u00a0The Associate CSM partners with customers to drive product adoption, engagement, and value\u00a0realization while proactively identifying risks to retention. This role operates within established processes\u00a0and playbooks, focusing on operational excellence, responsiveness, and effective execution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing a high-volume portfolio of SMB customers<\/li>\n<li>Executing the defined customer engagement model, including cadence-based outreach, success\u00a0planning, and customer communications<\/li>\n<li>Owning the customer relationship and acting as the primary point of contact for all customer<br \/>needs and escalations.<\/li>\n<li>Driving product activation and early adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring customer health signals and identifying potential churn risks.<\/li>\n<li>Escalating risks and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Owning retention activities within the assigned book of business and partnering with Sales on<br \/>renewal negotiations and contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and surfacing potential expansion opportunities to the Sales growth team.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting scalable outreach campaigns (email, webinars, digital engagement).<\/li>\n<li>Documenting customer interactions and insights in CRM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Partnering cross-functionally with Implementation Services, Support, Product, and Sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management,<br \/>Support, or related field).<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of SaaS business models or technology platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with SMB customers in a SaaS environment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and customer health tools.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to retention or renewal processes.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>What SOCi Provides to You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive Benefits Package <strong>(full-time permanent, non-contract roles only)<\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Health insurance plans, dental, and vision<\/li>\n<li>Wellness incentives<\/li>\n<li>401(k) plan with employer match<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Flexible Work Environment <strong>(full-time, non-contract roles only)<\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible paid time off<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly wellness days<\/li>\n<li>Paid holidays<\/li>\n<li>Unique employee engagement programs\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Empowering Career Growth and Success\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s Important at SOCi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Led by a team of industry experts, SOCi is leading the pack in agentic marketing for multi-location brands.
