In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead outcome-based executive level conversations tied to business priorities, not just learning activity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic and Executive Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate customer goals into clear success plans with measurable impact<\/li>\n<li>Advise on skills-based workforce transformation, not just learning programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Platform, Solution &amp; AI Confidence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mastery of our solutions and be an expert in the evolving product offering<\/li>\n<li>Speak Credibly about AI-enabled capabilities and\u00a0limitations<\/li>\n<li>Explain &#8220;why this matters&#8221; in practical, business terms<\/li>\n<li>Guide customers through ethical, responsible adoption conversations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Intelligence &amp; Workforce Strategy Fluency<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confidently explain skills vs. competencies, job architectures, and proficiency models<\/li>\n<li>Guide customers through taxonomy decisions, benchmarks, and readiness planning<\/li>\n<li>Articulate the value to the customer of each of these approaches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Data-Led Insights and Decision Making\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use data to prioritize risk, opportunity, and expansion conversations<\/li>\n<li>Interpret dashboards and metrics to tell a clear story<\/li>\n<li>Tie Engagement and adoption data back to business outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross Functional Orchestration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The quarterback across Product, PS, Sales and Support<\/li>\n<li>The voice of the customer at the account level, into roadmap and prioritization discussion, by feeding product and pricing teams with monetizable insights<\/li>\n<li>A partner in shaping repeatable plays and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Commercial Acumen &amp; Growth Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand commercial levers and account economics <\/li>\n<li>Identify\u00a0growth signals tied to maturity and outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Confidently partner with Sales on timing, readiness and value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Change Management &amp; Customer Enablement\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead customers through change,\u00a0ambiguity\u00a0and new operating models<\/li>\n<li>Prepare\u00a0customers ahead of launches and transitions<\/li>\n<li>Reinforce adoption through structured enablement and reinforcement\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of professional B2B Customer Success Manager experience<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in being a strategic advisor, experience in customer relationship management, to include strengthening C-suite connections and cultivating customer champions.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Salesforce.
