This is your chance to join a fast growing, forward thinking company where your work helps patients access life changing care from a professional home based environment.<\/p>\n<p>As a Medical Secretary, you will be at the heart of our patient facing administrative team, managing appointments, correspondence and supporting the wider pharmacy and clinical teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments<\/li>\n<li>Handling appointment payments<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a professional and personable approach with patients<\/li>\n<li>Typing letters, clinical reports and transcriptions<\/li>\n<li>Organising meetings and taking minutes<\/li>\n<li>Answering patient queries by phone and email when required<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as needed\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>We want people who are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional and courteous, maintaining a strong patient-focused approach<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Confident using IT systems including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe<\/li>\n<li>Discreet and able to maintain strict confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicators, both written and verbal\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional tone when delivering information<\/li>\n<li>Exemplary customer and patient service skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>High level of IT proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Grade C or higher in Maths and English or equivalent\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with medical terminology<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working in healthcare administration\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Curaleaf?<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>This is more than a job.
