You\u2019ll inherit high-performing campaigns and work directly with our CMO to double down on growth.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll then also have the opportunity to test and scale new channels (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Native, ASA) depending on performance and market constraints.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Campaign Ownership and Scaling<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), with potential to expand scope based on performance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to building scalable acquisition funnels, from execution to iteration, with aggressive growth targets in mind<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Performance Analysis and Strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Creative &amp;
