MANTECH<\/b> seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented UI\/UX Designer<\/b> to join our team in.<\/p>\n The UI\/UX Designer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor\u2019s system accreditation efforts, to include creating Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation, responding to\/implementing\/documenting required controls, and completing required tasks\/actions.<\/p>\n Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/b><\/p>\n You will ensure user-centric design is practiced across all product teams by managing both graphic design and user interactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n This role involves creating engaging content and developing user interfaces in support of the TAK Product Center core development efforts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Produce technical documentation and wire diagrams to translate user requirements into actionable technical guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Work with management and internal teams to successfully navigate the Sponsor\u2019s accreditation process for all design-related system components.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n This position requires you to respond quickly and productively to user requirements and frequent change requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Facilitate frequent meetings and interviews with users and stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with mission needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Work with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all modern design and user experience standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Minimum Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n High School Diploma\/GED with 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems Security or Digital Design.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Extensive knowledge of modern design standards, user experience (UX) principles, and graphic arts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and professional wire diagramming tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven ability to translate complex user requirements into technical guidelines and structured documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating technical documentation, particularly regarding user interface architecture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n Bachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience with the Sponsor\u2019s primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Clearance Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n Active Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain TS\/SCI.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Physical Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n You must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n You will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n This role requires you to frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n You must be able to exchange accurate information in all professional situations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
