Recibir solicitudes telef\u00c3\u00b3nicas o electr\u00c3\u00b3nicas<\/p>\n<p>de las rutas y de los clientes, monitorear y administrar el sistema<\/p>\n<p>de rutas SOFI y \u00e2\u0080\u0098ticketing\u00e2\u0080\u0099 SNOW, as\u00c3\u00ad como asegurarse de la<\/p>\n<p>integridad de la data de los servicios en el sistema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tareas Espec\u00c3\u00adficas<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Permitir la entrada y salida a empleados, visitas y proveedores, de acuerdo a los<\/p>\n<p>procedimientos de seguridad establecidos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Recibir llamadas telef\u00c3\u00b3nicas de las rutas para proveer combos y realizar el proceso de\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>combos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Recibir llamadas telef\u00c3\u00b3nicas de las rutas para notificar cualquier situaci\u00c3\u00b3n en la ruta y\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>canalizar las llamadas apropiadamente.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Recibir llamadas de los clientes para solicitar servicios y especiales. Canalizar las llamadas\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>apropiadamente.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Proveer \/ registrar la entrada y salida del personal y visitas, seg\u00c3\u00ban los procedimientos de\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>seguridad y registros (\u00e2\u0080\u009clogs\u00e2\u0080\u009d) establecidos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Hacer entradas de RPMS.<\/li>\n<li> Recibir correos electr\u00c3\u00b3nicos de clientes y asignar servicios de FLM (ej. Servicios t\u00c3\u00a9cnicos,\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00e2\u0080\u0098tech meets\u00e2\u0080\u0099, servicios de Safepoints).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Recibir correos electr\u00c3\u00b3nicos de clientes y asignar servicios a rutas (ej. Recogidos de\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>remesas bancarias, solicitudes de clientes).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Monitoreo de la seguridad de la sucursal mediante sistema de c\u00c3\u00a1maras.<\/li>\n<li> Monitoreo diario de \u00e2\u0080\u0098close seals\u00e2\u0080\u0099 de ATMs.<\/li>\n<li> Monitoreo de servicios de FLM y rutas.<\/li>\n<li> Archivar en el fin de semana las \u00c3\u00b3rdenes de servicio de los FLMs.<\/li>\n<li> Recibir llamadas de rutas para agregar paradas en SOFI.<\/li>\n<li> Monitorear y trabajar el sistema de \u00e2\u0080\u0098ticketing\u00e2\u0080\u0099 SNOW.<\/li>\n<li> Realizar funciones relacionadas al OUTBOUND \/ INBOUND \/ Ingreso de Service Orders de\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FLM en SOFI.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Llevar a cabo otras tareas esenciales seg\u00c3\u00ban sean asignadas.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requisitos Del Puesto<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>1- Cuarto A\u00c3\u00b1o de Escuela Superior<\/p>\n<p>2<strong>&#8211; Licencia de Armas de Puerto Rico Vigente<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>3- Experiencia en entrada de datos en computadoras, preferiblemente con experiencia en<\/p>\n<p>Oracle y SOFI.<\/p>\n<p>4- Excelentes destrezas de comunicaci\u00c3\u00b3n y relaciones interpersonales.<\/p>\n<p>5- Habilidad para leer y escribir.<\/p>\n<p>6- Habilidad para mantenerse sentado mientras recibe llamadas y hace entrada de datos.<\/p>\n<p>7- Habilidad manual para hacer entradas y otras funciones clericales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condiciones De Trabajo<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>El trabajo es realizado en un \u00c3\u00a1rea cerrada.
