You will be part of a Customer Success team of approximately 18 professionals and report directly to the Director of Customer Success.<\/p>\n<p>This role combines elements of enterprise customer management with a smaller, growth-oriented portfolio. You will work closely with customers to build strong relationships, align on strategic priorities, and support measurable business outcomes. The role requires a high level of ownership, autonomy, and consistent engagement across the customer lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a portfolio of 15\u201320 customer accounts through regular, proactive engagement<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations<\/li>\n<li>Align customer goals with product capabilities to support adoption and value realization<\/li>\n<li>Identify and progress opportunities for account growth and expansion<\/li>\n<li>Lead customer conversations focused on progress, outcomes, and next steps<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate customer records and activity in CRM and customer success tools<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to resolve challenges and improve the customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Take initiative to identify opportunities for engagement, improvement, and account development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a SaaS or technology environment (customer success, account management, sales, or related role)<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting or managing customer relationships in a business-to-business setting<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited oversight<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM or customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to connect customer needs to product or solution capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with timely follow-through<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Success Outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers are consistently engaged through regular meetings and proactive outreach<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationships are established across assigned accounts, including key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Customer priorities are clearly aligned to product usage and deliver measurable value<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for growth and expansion are identified and advanced within the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Customer data and activity are accurately maintained across systems<\/li>\n<li>Work is delivered with appropriate speed and consistent follow-through<\/li>\n<li>Customer needs and opportunities are identified proactively, without reliance on direction<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<p>For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is between \u00a345,800.00\u00a0\u2013\u00a0\u00a363,653.00 Pound Sterling. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include bonuses, commissions for eligible sales roles, and a comprehensive benefits package.
