This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product management, enterprise architecture, and emerging technology \u2014 translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable digital solutions including enterprise platforms, integrations, automation, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent decision-support capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>You will own the product vision, strategy, architecture, and roadmap across planning, procurement, supplier collaboration, fulfillment, order management, logistics, and reverse logistics \u2014 driving build-vs-buy decisions and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology transformation. You will partner closely with Supply Chain Operations, Business Technology, Engineering, Data, Finance, and external technology partners to modernize Samsara&#8217;s supply chain capabilities and enable scalable global operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US <\/strong><strong><u>except <\/u><\/strong><strong>the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Technology Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define end-to-end application, integration, data, and platform architecture across ERP, planning, analytics, and AI ecosystems<\/li>\n<li>Establish scalable architecture patterns enabling reliability, extensibility, governance, and long-term maintainability<\/li>\n<li>Lead technology evaluations, vendor assessments, and build-vs-buy decisions<\/li>\n<li>Drive simplification of application landscapes, reduction of technical complexity, and creation of reusable capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for strategic advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AI, Automation &amp; Digital Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities across supply chain operations to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational agility<\/li>\n<li>Define and execute AI-enabled product strategies leveraging LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, MCPs, predictive analytics, and optimization models<\/li>\n<li>Design and scale AI-powered solutions that integrate enterprise data, business workflows, and operational systems to reduce manual effort and accelerate decisions<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture to take AI initiatives from experimentation through production deployment and measurable business impact<\/li>\n<li>Establish responsible AI practices covering governance, security, data quality, transparency, and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product Execution &amp; Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization, and partner with engineering to deliver<\/li>\n<li>Ensure solutions are scalable, well-documented, and aligned with governance and compliance standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership &amp; Influence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams: Supply Chain, Business Technology, Engineering, Data, Finance, Procurement, and Operations<\/li>\n<li>Navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems where there is no predefined solution<\/li>\n<li>Mentor product managers and technology partners to raise product maturity and execution standards<\/li>\n<li>Establish best practices around discovery, prioritization, product thinking, and outcome measurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Impact &amp;
