The position sits within the Planning and Scheduling Department, reporting directly to the Manager, Customer Routing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in supporting major accounts (i.e., contact accounts regarding delayed carrier pickups, communicate with sales regarding routing issues, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to customer specific routing guides to ensure compliance by routing and distribution teams for assigned accounts. <\/li>\n<li>Work with internal teams to prioritize receipt of product given account specific routing requirements, considering processing and order timing.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain routing table updates and ongoing maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain current vendor routing guides. <\/li>\n<li>Assist DC Logistics Clerks to handle certain customer specific requirements during and after the shipment has been processed.<\/li>\n<li>Route and communicate via certain customer specific routing portals.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up and assist in troubleshooting shipping issues (i.e. picking\/packing errors, delays, misguided freight, label issues, chargeback\/penalties, etc).\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Supply Chain\/Logistics or any related discipline<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years&#8217; experience in a supply chain or related environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Expressed problem solving skill; able to gather and analyze information at a high level <\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skill<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak and present information in a clear concise way in front of customers<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to prioritize information, work activities, use of time, resources<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>High level of interpersonal skill and professionalism required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under demanding deadlines\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s In It For You<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join a publicly traded company dual-listed on NYSE and TSX with great potential<\/li>\n<li>Be part of a workplace where meaningful connections and teamwork are celebrated<\/li>\n<li>From local to international, be ready to work alongside a diverse group of colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Benefit from mentorship and continuous development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Take advantage of our attractive benefits packages\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We want to get to know you better!
