This includes AI-powered workflows across:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MCPs (Model Context Platforms)<\/li>\n<li>AI agents for research and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Investor-facing portal experiences<\/li>\n<li>Data feeds and programmatic access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is not a traditional PM role. You\u2019ll operate at the intersection of AI capabilities, user workflows, and proprietary data, defining how cutting-edge models translate into real investor value.You\u2019ll work directly with investors, researchers, and engineers to design systems that don\u2019t just surface insights, but actively assist, automate, and augment decision-making. That\u2019s where you come in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Own AI product strategy for investor workflows:<\/strong> Define how AI transforms the way public market investors consume, analyze, and act on data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Build AI-native products, not just features: <\/strong>Design end-to-end experiences across agents, copilots, and structured outputs, not just UI layers on top of models.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Translate frontier AI into real-world utility: <\/strong>Evaluate and integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and agent architectures into production-grade products.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work directly with customers: <\/strong>Partner with hedge funds and asset managers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and trust requirements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drive rapid experimentation and iteration: <\/strong>Run tight feedback loops across prompts, evals, and product UX to continuously improve performance and usefulness.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborate across disciplines: <\/strong>Work closely with engineering, data, research, and design to ship high-quality, high-impact products, while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Define quality, reliability, and trust:<\/strong> Establish evaluation frameworks for AI outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and investor-grade reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the future of the platform: Contribute to how MCPs, agents, and APIs evolve into a unified, reliable, and safe AI product ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6+ years of product management or similar experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building AI copilots, agents, or internal AI tools<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with how AI\/ML models and AI agents are built and maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Strong product instincts with a track record of building 0\u21921 or ambiguous products<\/li>\n<li>Strong user research and customer discovery skills with deep curiosity about AI systems (LLMs, agents, retrieval, evals)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Generalist knowledge of both engineering and design.<\/li>\n<li>Able to design and evaluate prompts, contexts, and model behaviors.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker, comfortable with data and experimentation.<\/li>\n<li>Great communicator and collaborator.<\/li>\n<li>High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with financial markets or investor workflows<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data platforms, APIs, or developer-facing products<\/li>\n<li>Background in analytics, research, or quantitative environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, perks, a competitive salary, and equity:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be <strong>$140,000 &#8211; $150,000<\/strong>, with a <strong>10% performance bonus<\/strong>, and equity.<\/li>\n<li>We care about your personal life, and we mean it.
