This role is a mix of execution and creative direction, we need someone who can take existing assets, refine the brand visually, and help elevate the overall look and feel of the company. The ideal candidate has strong design instincts, understands modern consumer branding, and can take creative direction while also bringing thoughtful ideas to the table. <strong>Part-time.<\/strong> Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours: 20 hours a week, within 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Salary: $900\/mo<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create marketing assets for social media, website updates, presentations, and branded materials<\/li>\n<li>Help refine and expand the company\u00e2\u0080\u0099s visual identity, including brand books and creative systems<\/li>\n<li>Work within existing design assets while improving overall brand consistency and quality<\/li>\n<li>Use Canva, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to create polished creative assets quickly<\/li>\n<li>Provide light social media support<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure cohesive branding across all channels<\/li>\n<li>Design visually engaging email campaigns that maintain a consistent company voice and aesthetic<\/li>\n<li>Support in a creative director-style capacity by helping shape visual direction and execute on evolving brand concepts\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative marketing roles<\/li>\n<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating modern branding, marketing assets, and digital design work<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing email marketing campaigns and digital assets<\/li>\n<li>Strong visual taste and ability to execute against an established brand direction<\/li>\n<li>Basic copywriting instincts for marketing-oriented content<\/li>\n<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without constant oversight<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly<\/li>\n<li>Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet<\/li>\n<li>Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice To Have<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with in marketing agencies<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with social-first creative and consumer-focused branding<\/li>\n<li>Experience helping shape brand systems or visual identity guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are hiring a part-time Graphic Designer to support a growing agency across the overall brand development, including email marketing, social media and website assets.
