You embrace differences and help foster a safe working environment for yourself and your peers.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>The ROLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u00e2\u0080\u0099re looking for a social-first copywriter to support the editorial team.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Please note this is a part-time, freelance opportunity. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What YOU\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Key priority:<\/u> write, edit, and collaborate with the team on all organic &amp; paid social copy including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organic captions and supers (when applicable) for all Milk social platforms<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing assets with copy when available<\/li>\n<li>Staying up to date on latest product positioning via check ins with the editorial team so that social copy always aligns to latest strategy + best practices<\/li>\n<li>Check in with Editorial Director when copy needs to be reviewed + approved or to flag any questions or concerns<\/li>\n<li>Working with the paid and DTC team to support their business needs including Demand Gen + PMAX Ad copy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><u>Secondary<\/u>: ad hoc, one off copy needs as they arise including brainstorming, product name ideation, etc<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>We\u00e2\u0080\u0099d like YOU to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be available Monday-Friday with a flexible hourly schedule based on team needs.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible hours required, including occasional weekend availability to support the team during peak captioning periods<\/li>\n<li>Max 20hrs a week.<\/li>\n<li>Beauty experience a major plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to the MILK MAKEUP FAM: At Milk Makeup, we\u00e2\u0080\u0099re all about cool clean beauty fueled by creativity.
