We are inviting applications for the role of Insurance – Head of Insurance Service Operations\u2013 Manager \u2013 English \u2013 Remote EMEA!<\/p>\n
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Client management:
\u2022 Carries out daily and weekly interactions with the client on operational performance, he\/she is proactively engaged in the communication with the customer with regards to the team\/process or changes or to the issues
\u2022 Responsible for coordinating the process of document development necessary for proper running of client\u2019s meetings\/governances.\u00a0
\u2022 Responsible for identifying and presenting the client with the possible risks in order to establish the most suitable action plans.
\u2022 Conducts presentations and negotiations with key stakeholders on the client side.
\u2022 Responsible for client satisfaction for the services delivered by the company across his areas.\u00a0
\u2022 Responsible for negotiating and bringing of a new scope within the managed processes.\u00a0
\u2022 Acts as a secondary point of contact for escalation for the issues raised by the client, takes the necessary measures to solve these, communicates with the customer about the status of the actions plan.\u00a0
\u2022 Follows the deadlines agreed with the client and maintains the relationship with the client with regards to the agreed action plan.
\u2022 Builds a strong collaboration relationship with the key stakeholders in the customer site, proactively asks for feedback and takes full responsibility of the process and managed operations.
\u2022 Proposes and discusses with the customer the transformation initiatives, negotiates the productivity clauses based on the dependencies on the team\u2019s internal \/ external factors.
\u2022 Conducts team huddles to communicate the customer\u2019s priorities\u00a0
\u2022 Ensures the connection with the global and regional internal stakeholders to ensure a mutual approach in terms of account strategy and direction.
\u2022 Keeps a close collaboration with its homologous Pathfinders and Process Architects to be informed about the process and related issues\/initiatives or human resources may have an impact on the customer.<\/p>\n
Qualifications we seek in you!\u00a0
Minimum Qualifications \/ Skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Team management experience for teams.
\u2022 Previous experience in transformation and efficiency projects
\u2022 Organizational skills especially for budget monitoring and control<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications
\u2022 Knowledge about the Insurance industry (represents an advantage)
\u2022 Great Financial acumen
