This role partners closely with senior leaders, program teams, and impacted stakeholders to ensure changes are well understood, effectively implemented, and sustained over time.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Change Manager brings structure, clarity, and empathy to complex change environments\u2014balancing rigor in change planning with strong stakeholder engagement to minimize disruption and accelerate business outcomes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Change Strategy &amp; Planning\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete thorough stakeholder analysis for change initiatives\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Assess change impact across people, processes, systems, and culture\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Define change scope, readiness, risks, and success measures\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to business objectives and program goals\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Integrate change milestones and plans with overall program\/project plans and milestones\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Stakeholder &amp; Leadership Engagement\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead alignment with senior stakeholders and project sponsors to define change success metrics. Monitor, measure and actively communicate metrics to stakeholders throughout change lifecycle.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage key stakeholder groups across global, regional, and functional teams\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leaders to clarify change rationale, desired behaviors, and expectations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Equip leaders and managers with tools to role\u2011model and reinforce change\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate strong partnerships with change sponsors to ensure active, vocal advocacy of change to ensure adoption and benefit realization.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to program and functional leadership on change risks and mitigation\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Communication &amp; Enablement\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute targeted communication strategies tailored to different audiences\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Architect case for change for change initiatives, aligned to strategic priorities and overall change portfolio, including compelling messaging that explains the \u201cwhy,\u201d \u201cwhat,\u201d and \u201cwhat\u2019s changing for me\u201d\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closely with Communications and Enablement teams to ensure consistency and timing\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support development of training, job aids, and adoption tools as needed\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Adoption, Readiness &amp; Reinforcement\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct change readiness assessments and track adoption metrics\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential resistance to change and develop change management strategies to proactively mitigate resistance and promote adoption\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Implement reinforcement strategies to embed new ways of working\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Monitor post\u2011implementation outcomes and recommend corrective actions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Governance &amp; Continuous Improvement\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply structured change methodologies and best practices\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain change artifacts (impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change capability across the organization\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Promote awareness and adoption of change management practices by educating stakeholders on its value, principles, and organizational impact, fostering a culture of change capability\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience leading change management for complex initiatives (e.g., transformation, technology, operating\u2011model change)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and methodologies\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in matrixed, global organizations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder\u2011management skills\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5-8 years experience supporting large\u2011scale commercial transformation or technology implementations (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Background in Transformation, PMO, Commercial or Strategy functions\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Data\u2011driven mindset with experience measuring adoption and change effectiveness\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinking with practical execution mindset\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and systems thinking\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>High emotional intelligence and resilience\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Structured problem solving and risk management\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, consultative leadership style\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:<strong>\u00a083,700.00 &#8211;
