This role combines technical drafting, project coordination, and pre-construction documentation to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<div><strong>Drafting &amp; Design Support<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multiple-view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.<\/li>\n<li>Convert sketches, hand-drawn concepts, and architectural notes into precise digital drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs comply with fabrication limitations, construction standards, and project specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and continuously update the AutoCAD block library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Pre-Construction Documentation<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist architects and engineers with estimating, plan takeoffs, crowdsourcing, bid preparation, and other pre-construction deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Produce comprehensive planning reports and visual materials for client presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Record and track daily and weekly project progress for internal monitoring and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Project Coordination<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with project managers, field installers, and shop personnel to confirm field conditions and clarify design requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing support to field teams during installation and fabrication stages.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to urban plans or project layouts as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy and buildability.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all documents, drafts, and revisions meet internal quality standards and client requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum <strong>3 years of recent AutoCAD experience<\/strong>;
