The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, and possesses strong organizational, time management, emotional intelligence, and facilitation skills.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct engaging and interactive onboarding sessions for new sales hires.<\/li>\n<li>Implement a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, graded certifications, case studies, and simulations to enhance learning effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all participants.<\/li>\n<li>Infuse a sense of excitement, healthy competition in onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Implement gamification elements to encourage participation, teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and communicate clear evaluation criteria for onboarding success.<\/li>\n<li>Provide constructive feedback to participants and collaborate with managers to address performance gaps during the onboarding process.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program and identify areas for improvement, owning and executing on resulting continuous improvement projects.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance program content.<\/li>\n<li>Support creation\/curation of Enablement content to supporting onboarding, including:<\/li>\n<li>Assist with other related duties as assigned, including facilitation for existing team members as needed to support broader Enablement efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience owning and running end-to-end onboarding programs for sales\/revenue teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of progressive responsibility in Enablement, or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts<\/li>\n<li>This is an individual contributor role\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><em><strong>Pay Transparency<\/strong><br \/>Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
