Join Our Creative Team!<\/h1>\n

White Rabbit has been delivering bold, purposeful brand, web, and print design in New Zealand for over a decade. Recently, we’ve expanded internationally, bringing our creative expertise to a whole new audience around Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

We’re now looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer & Content Creator<\/strong> to own the way the agency presents itself to the world. This is an internal-facing design and communications role where you’ll create and manage brand content, ensuring everything looks sharp, professional, and on-strategy.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Do<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Design and deliver high-quality creative for internal and promotional use, including:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Regular social media graphics and campaigns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Email newsletters for the agency database<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Case studies and project uploads for the website<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Proposal templates and internal documents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure consistency across all brand communications, maintaining a polished and professional look and feel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Contribute to content strategy, helping shape how the agency is presented while working towards measurable business KPIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Write or refine short-form content for case studies, project descriptions, and newsletters (copywriting skills are valued but not essential).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all design output supports growth and brand positioning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Craft beautiful mockups that showcase our projects and creative process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We’re Looking For<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • \n

      5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience producing content for social media, websites, and email newsletters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A strong eye for layout, typography, and colour, with the ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A passion for working within a single brand and elevating its visual identity over time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Confidence working with WordPress, particularly Elementor and WP Bakery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Bonus Points<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Copywriting or editing skills, especially for case studies and newsletters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience designing proposals, pitch decks, or internal documents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Kit or Mailchimp.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Understanding of SEO and blog content optimisation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Working With White Rabbit<\/h2>\n

        • \n

          Experience-based salary range: $1,200\u2013$2,200 USD per month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          General working hours aligned with Auckland, New Zealand (9:00am\u20135:00pm)<\/strong>, with some flexibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Fully remote role, offering flexibility while remaining closely connected with the team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
