You&#8217;ll create engaging promotional assets across a range of digital channels, helping bring campaigns, offers, events, and seasonal promotions to life while maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand identity.<\/p>\n<p>This role involves designing promotional banners, email creatives, social media content, CRM assets, push notifications, offer artwork, and other digital marketing materials that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Design<\/strong> high-quality promotional banners and campaign artwork for offers, tournaments, events, and seasonal promotions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Create <strong>creative assets for CRM<\/strong>, including email banners, push notifications, in-app messages, and promotional communications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Produce engaging content<\/strong> for social media, paid advertising, web, and landing pages.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain a consistent visual identity across all creative assets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver creative aligned with campaign objectives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Adapt creative across multiple formats and placements while maintaining quality and consistency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Organize design files, templates, and creative assets using a structured workflow.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Apply feedback efficiently and contribute ideas that improve campaign performance and player engagement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Strong portfolio<\/strong> showcasing promotional, digital marketing, and campaign creative.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience creating <strong>motion graphics and animated marketing assets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency with<strong> Figma<\/strong> and knowledge of<strong> AI-powered<\/strong> node based creative tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience designing promotional banners, email creatives, social media assets, display ads, and campaign artwork.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of social casino promotions, player engagement, and marketing best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Location<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
