Your daily responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery processes to ensure the highest standards of excellence. You will be accountable for overall service delivery performance, relationship health, and the achievement of client and R1 business objectives. To excel in this position, you should be a high-performing strategic leader with a focus on service delivery, possessing extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Epic consulting. You will need to seamlessly integrate client needs with operational capabilities, ensuring both satisfaction and service excellence.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Essential Responsibilities <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with your client\u2019s Service Delivery team and other internal functions<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the relationship management of key client counterparts, including continued communication of revenue cycle performance<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop regular and ad-hoc presentations to client executives highlighing pertinent updates relating to client needs<\/li>\n<li>Execute the R1 strategy as a team member who can translate everyday learnings into best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct necessary analytics required to communicate to clients both overall performance and specific ad-hoc subject matter areas.<\/li>\n<li>Work hand in hand with the internal R1 customer operations team to align operational objectives, understand current performance levels, and identify and develop remediation plans for any risks identified.<\/li>\n<li>Support execution of action plans to improve operational and metric performance, leveraging pre-identified drivers\/risks\/barriers<\/li>\n<li>Support R1 functional leaders on decisions regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s)<\/li>\n<li>Support\u00a0projects that will improve operational performance metrics.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Work to develop standardized templates for both analysis and client presentations that can be leveraged both on the Director\u2019s specific client and across other R1 clients<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and guide managers and analysts to build scalable self-monitoring processes, deliver proactive insights, and report on outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education Level <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s &#8211; Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience Level <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For this US-based position, the base pay range is $117,000.00 &#8211; $194,847.37 per year .
