You will drive Once Upon a Farm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s TikTok presence end-to-end\u00e2\u0080\u0094strategy, creation, publishing, and performance\u00e2\u0080\u0094while also developing and producing content for our co-founders. This role will have vendor resources, but must be able to execute content on their own as well. <strong>While this is a remote role, this candidate must be based out of Los Angeles, CA , NYC or San Francisco\/Bay Area, CA.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>The Task At Hand<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>This is a rare dual mandate: roughly half your time is building Once Upon a Farm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s TikTok into a high-converting Gen-Z and millennial destination, and the other half is working directly our founders to develop their own content. You will report to the Senior Manager of Social and collaborate closely with the broader Marketing and Creative teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>TikTok Strategy &amp; Growth<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own our TikTok channel as the driver of primarily Gen-Z audience growth, with a secondary focus on Millennial parents, health enthusiasts, and athletes, to help Once Upon a Farm find niche markets to expand reach, brand awareness, and TikTok Shop revenue<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute a platform-native content strategy built around Once Upon a Farm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s product lineup, brand mission, and cultural relevance to young parents and Gen-Z consumers<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage Once Upon a Farm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s TikTok Shop presence along with the E-Commerce team, driving traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase through shoppable content, live formats, and product integrations<\/li>\n<li>Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator culture to ensure our brand is consistently early, authentic, and on-platform<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Senior Manager of Social Media on cross-platform content strategy, ensuring TikTok content complements and amplifies Once Upon a Farm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Instagram and YouTube presence<\/li>\n<li>Work proactively within your budget to find and develop agencies and influencers who can create additional TikTok Content for the brand.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TikTok Content Creation &amp; Production<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personally concept, shoot, edit, and publish much of Once Upon a Farm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s TikTok content\u00e2\u0080\u0094you are the creator, not just the director<\/li>\n<li>Develop recurring formats and series that build audience loyalty and drive saves, shares, and follows<\/li>\n<li>Create content spanning product storytelling, childhood nutrition education, brand values, and culturally relevant moments\u00e2\u0080\u0094all tailored for a TikTok-first audience<\/li>\n<li>Capture real-time content at brand events, activations, and shoots with prepared concepts and shot lists, and direct on-site photographers and videographers to do the same with your art direction.<\/li>\n<li>Brief and collaborate with the Partnerships &amp; Influencer team to activate creators who extend OFarm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s TikTok reach and authenticity.<\/li>\n<li>Own vendor selection, outreach, payment and execution for the TikTok platform including agencies, CGI creators and videographers.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Founder Content<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work directly with our founders to produce content, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Once Upon a Farm Brand team to proactively identify relevant brand moments in a timely manner, allowing you time to capture, execute and edit the content with founders ahead of launch.<\/li>\n<li>Translate founders\u00e2\u0080\u0099 authentic personality, passions, and voice into platform-native content that resonates with their audiences, while reinforcing their roles as our founders.<\/li>\n<li>Concept, produce, and edit content for Once Upon a Farm specific founder appearances\u00e2\u0080\u0094including product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling moments\u00e2\u0080\u0094that works in concert with their personal channel\u00e2\u0080\u0099s content<\/li>\n<li>Develop repeatable formats for founders that are engaging, sustainable, and distinctly theirs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate shoot logistics, prep shot lists and talking points, and ensure content is captured efficiently during Jen\u00e2\u0080\u0099s available windows\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance &amp; Optimization<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and report on TikTok KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, video views, TikTok Shop GMV, and conversion metrics<\/li>\n<li>Translate performance data into actionable content decisions\u00e2\u0080\u0094double down on what works, kill what doesn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the E-commerce team to align TikTok content with promotional calendars and TikTok Shop campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Present TikTok and Founder content performance to stakeholders in quarterly business reviews\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In This Role, You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll Bring With You<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of social media or content experience, with a significant portion focused on TikTok content creation and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to grow a TikTok account and drive measurable business outcomes\u00e2\u0080\u0094including TikTok Shop\u00e2\u0080\u0094through original content<\/li>\n<li>Deep, native understanding of TikTok\u00e2\u0080\u0099s algorithm, trends, and creator ecosystem; you consume the platform daily and can spot an emerging format before it peaks<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience creating content for or alongside a public figure, founder, or talent\u00e2\u0080\u0094comfortable navigating the balance between authentic personal voice and brand alignment<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on creator skills: you can concept, shoot (ideally on mobile), and edit (CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent) a high-performing TikTok video yourself<\/li>\n<li>Experience in CPG, beauty, food, lifestyle, or wellness brands strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to adapt voice across Onec Upon a Farm\u00e2\u0080\u0099s brand and founders\u00e2\u0080\u0099 personal tone<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and talent; professional, organized, and discreet<\/li>\n<li>Highly self-directed\u00e2\u0080\u0094you manage your own production schedule, publishing calendar, and performance reporting without hand-holding<\/li>\n<li>Must provide a portfolio that includes TikTok content you personally created and can speak to the strategy and outcome behind<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate measurable TikTok results: follower growth, viral content, Shop-driven revenue, or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Must be comfortable on-screen and directing talent in a low-fuss, high-output production environment<\/li>\n<li>Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and People &amp;
