The individual will respond to employee enquiries and leadership requests.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will be doing: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the (US)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and current electronic personnel files and documentation in compliance with applicable legal requirements and Company policies as well as country-specific legislation<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise to support the delivery of HR Target Operating Model<\/li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding by preparing contracts\/offer letters, new joiner documentation, background screening and country-specific processes<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation\/onboarding activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with assigning and follow-up of mandatory training through Enstar\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Learning Management System<\/li>\n<li>Provide first-line support and escalation for HR systems<\/li>\n<li>Process changes to employee records within Enstar\u00e2\u0080\u0099s HRIS including new joiners, job changes and leavers<\/li>\n<li>Prepare employee changes and termination paperwork, notifications and change forms<\/li>\n<li>Answer frequently asked questions from employees concerning HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Support inquiries and requests related to the HR department<\/li>\n<li>Continuously remain up to date on global HR practices<\/li>\n<li>Assist with HR projects as necessary, including but not limited to HR data audits, new policy and program development<\/li>\n<li>All other duties as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-directed individual with initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer focus, collaboration and teamwork.
