The ideal candidate can take the client&#8217;s ideas and turn them into polished content, and build a premium, education-first presence from the ground up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Client<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>The client is a life insurance agent focused on family and union-member benefits. The positioning is deliberately exclusive and premium, closer to an invite-only, members-only community than a mass-market page: education-first and trust-led. The objective is to establish a credible, high-end profile that attracts the right audience organically and turns inbound interest into referrals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and lead an end-to-end social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, built from the ground up<\/li>\n<li>Define content pillars, positioning, and a consistent posting cadence<\/li>\n<li>Turn the client&#8217;s ideas into polished short-form content<\/li>\n<li>Produce and edit content end to end, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and short-form videos, graphics, captions, and copy<\/li>\n<li>Lead the personal rebrand and establish a cohesive, premium, education-first identity<\/li>\n<li>Create content that educates audiences on life insurance, family protection, and generational wealth in an accessible, non-salesy way<\/li>\n<li>Grow the accounts organically to drive inbound interest, community, and referrals<\/li>\n<li>Track engagement, report on performance, and continuously refine the approach\n<p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience building and growing TikTok and Instagram accounts, with a portfolio and clear results<\/li>\n<li>Strong short-form video skills across ideation, filming direction, and editing<\/li>\n<li>Solid graphic design, caption, and copywriting ability<\/li>\n<li>A track record building personal or founder-led brands, including rebrands<\/li>\n<li>A strong eye for premium, aspirational aesthetics that feel curated rather than mass-market or corporate<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make educational or complex topics simple and engaging; finance or insurance familiarity is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Focus on organic, community and referral-led growth rather than paid or ads-led tactics<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, proactive, and collaborative, able to take direction and run with it without being rigid<\/li>\n<li>EST working hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a Social Media Manager to to lead end-to-end strategy, content creation, and profile management across TikTok and Instagram.
