You&#8217;ll join a young, energetic team where collaboration, visibility, and a sense of humour are part of everyday life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s the role about? <\/p>\n<p><\/strong>This is a people-first, relationship-driven role where you&#8217;ll become the face of the brand across the influencer and trade community. You&#8217;ll:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and grow a network of influencers, tradespeople and DIY creators<\/li>\n<li>Create and deliver engaging content alongside influencers and customers<\/li>\n<li>Represent the brand at trade events, on-site visits and networking opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Support sales activity by strengthening relationships with customers and partners<\/li>\n<li>Drive community engagement across social platforms and campaigns\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors<\/li>\n<li>Manage influencer gifting, campaigns, and ongoing engagement<\/li>\n<li>Create and collaborate on high-performing social media content<\/li>\n<li>Visit sites, workshops, and merchant branches to capture authentic product use<\/li>\n<li>Organise influencer events, brand experiences, and trade show activity<\/li>\n<li>Grow online communities and encourage user-generated content and advocacy<\/li>\n<li>Track performance metrics including engagement, views, and influencer activity\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>About You <\/p>\n<p><\/strong>You&#8217;re someone who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is naturally outgoing, confident, and thrives on building relationships<\/li>\n<li>Has experience working with influencers, communities, or brand advocates<\/li>\n<li>Understands (or has a genuine interest in) the trade, construction, or DIY sector<\/li>\n<li>Is hands-on with content creation and social media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys getting out into the field\u00e2\u0080\u0094meeting people, filming content, and representing a brand<\/li>\n<li>Thinks commercially and understands how marketing supports sales growth\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>What&#8217;s in it for you?<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Growth Opportunity &#8211;
