The work location of this role is remote, meaning it will be performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval. <\/p>\n<p>Sales Development is searching for a Vendor Sales Coach to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our vendor-based SDs (Sales Development) to educate and persuade new customers to embrace LinkedIn\u00e2\u0080\u0099s different platform capabilities. The Vendor Sales\u00e2\u0080\u00afCoach will help us\u00e2\u0080\u00afpenetrate\u00e2\u0080\u00afmultiple markets by\u00e2\u0080\u00afonboarding\u00e2\u0080\u00afnew SD agents\u00e2\u0080\u00afand\/or expanding\u00e2\u0080\u00afsuccessful ongoing relationships with\u00e2\u0080\u00afexisting\u00e2\u0080\u00afSD vendors. <\/p>\n<p><strong>This role has US staffing customers working in US time zones and hence flexibility to accommodate US work timings is a requirement in this role.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:\u00e2\u0080\u00af <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onboard and coach vendor-based SDs to the LinkedIn Talent product suite with best\u00e2\u0080\u00afpractices\u00e2\u0080\u00afand systems knowledge. <\/li>\n<li>Own SD operations relating to coaching, training, mentoring, KPI (Key Performance Indicators) development and performance tracking. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor weekly SD performance metrics through rigorous team performance diagnoses, creating Vendor performance plans to share insights with SD &#8211;Vendors &amp; Vendor Leadership via weekly office hours, 1:1 SD trainings- tracking follow-ups on actions to deliver\u00e2\u0080\u00afrevenue and Vendor expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Create content for playbooks on all things SD and beyond that will enable broader vendor teams&#8217; success. <\/li>\n<li>Build an influential &amp; trusted partner relationships with vendor sales management providing appropriate support &amp; guidance on best practices to run a successful SD motion. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve SD outcomes\u00e2\u0080\u00afincluding\u00e2\u0080\u00affinding innovative and scalable ways to deliver results, unlock growth and\u00e2\u0080\u00afpartner with central teams to\u00e2\u0080\u00afexecute\u00e2\u0080\u00afvendor operations improvement initiatives.\u00e2\u0080\u00af\u00e2\u0080\u00af\u00e2\u0080\u00af\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications: <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of sales\/sales development experience\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred qualification: <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business fluency in English and other languages is beneficial. <\/li>\n<li>Strong prior experience in sales development, account services,\u00e2\u0080\u00afmarketing,\u00e2\u0080\u00afor business development. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of India and APAC markets and nuances of prospecting within them. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing vendor-based teams. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in motivating, inspiring, and driving teams to sustainable growth. <\/li>\n<li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can embrace rapid change and innovation\u00e2\u0080\u00afwith a\u00e2\u0080\u00afsuperior entrepreneurial sense\u00e2\u0080\u00af. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the sales cycle, best\u00e2\u0080\u00afpractices,\u00e2\u0080\u00afand techniques. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with analysis of sales activities and metrics,\u00e2\u0080\u00afthinking\u00e2\u0080\u00afcritically\u00e2\u0080\u00afabout a\u00e2\u0080\u00afbusiness,\u00e2\u0080\u00afowning\u00e2\u0080\u00afsales performance\u00e2\u0080\u00afmanagement\u00e2\u0080\u00af, and managing customer outcomes\u00e2\u0080\u00af. <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills\u00e2\u0080\u00afwith experience navigating a matrix environment\u00e2\u0080\u00af. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence internal and vendor stakeholders without authority through clear and persuasive communication.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suggested Skills: <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales Coaching<\/li>\n<li>Ability to impart knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of sales development tools<\/li>\n<li>Vendor training\/management\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>India Disability Policy <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LinkedIn is an equal employment opportunity employer offering opportunities to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
