You&#8217;ll create high-performing creative across paid social, campaigns, landing pages, and brand initiatives, using AI tools to expand creative possibilities and accelerate production.<\/p>\n<p>This role is for a hands-on maker who can move from concept to execution, balancing creative excellence, performance outcomes, and brand consistency.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>What you\u2019ll do <\/h2>\n<ul>\n<div>\n<li>Create high-performing creative for paid social, digital campaigns, landing pages, and marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Use AI tools to generate, refine, and scale creative concepts while maintaining strong design quality.<\/li>\n<li>Build repeatable AI workflows that improve speed, consistency, and creative output.<\/li>\n<li>Develop multiple creative routes and variations to test messaging, formats, and audience segments.<\/li>\n<li>Translate customer insights, strategic messaging, and campaign goals into compelling visual concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Design both native-style and highly crafted creative tailored to platform and audience needs.<\/li>\n<li>Use performance data and creative insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with copywriters, marketers, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the evolution of Superside&#8217;s visual identity across marketing touchpoints.<\/li>\n<li>Share AI workflows, prompts, and best practices to help elevate team capabilities.<\/li><\/div>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you\u2019ll bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<div>\n<li>5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand design.<\/li>\n<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social, campaign, or performance-focused creative work.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience using AI image generation and creative tools as part of a professional workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to discuss creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.<\/li>\n<li>Experience partnering with growth marketers, performance teams, or digital marketing functions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong visual craft across typography, layout, composition, color, and image direction.<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to self-direct, work from lean briefs, and move quickly through iteration cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.<\/li><\/div>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Why Join us?<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Superside&#8217;s vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world\u2019s transition to online work.
