You&#8217;ll oversee workforce planning, operational excellence, and delivery health while leading a team of Studio Operations professionals who help our creative teams scale efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>This role sits within Centralized Operations and partners closely with Studio Leadership to ensure our studios have the people, processes, and operating model needed to deliver exceptional work.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>What you&#8217;ll do <\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Studio Operations professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own workforce planning, staffing, utilization, and capacity across multiple Business Units.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure studios operate efficiently by improving processes, workflows, and operational standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor studio health through capacity planning, workload distribution, forecasting, and performance metrics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Act as the operational escalation point for complex staffing, delivery, and workflow challenges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with Studio Leaders, Project Managers, Account teams, and Creative teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support pre-sales solution design by translating customer requirements into scalable staffing and delivery models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account teams to align operational priorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Use operational data to identify trends, improve performance, and inform business decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Drive operational consistency across Business Units by implementing governance, best practices, and scalable ways of working.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you&#8217;ll need to succeed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience leading operations, workforce planning, resource management, or delivery teams within a creative, agency, consulting, or professional services environment.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of capacity planning, utilization management, staffing, and operational performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across multiple business functions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Analytical mindset with the ability to use operational data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and team capacity in fast-paced environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong problem-solving skills and sound operational judgment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience building scalable operational processes and driving organizational change.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Why Join us?<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Superside&#8217;s vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world\u2019s transition to online work.
