We\u2019re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.<\/p>\n<p>By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows\u2013including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence\u2013we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This role operates in mix between 1-1 with top clients and a 1-to-many, outbound-led model, managing a large customer portfolio through a combination of automation, lifecycle triggers, and targeted commercial engagement.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Manage and grow large pool of existing client relationships, building long-term partnerships with top and mid-tail customers to identify emerging business needs and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively strengthen and expand relationships to maximize retention, cross-sell, and upsell across the portfolio, increasing customer value and revenue through tailored engagement strategies<\/li>\n<li>Perform outbound outreach, including cold calls, identify opportunities, activate customers, and drive commercial outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute multi-channel strategies to reach large customer segments at the right moment in their lifecycle, creating and qualifying opportunities effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Drive retention, and cross-selling initiatives. Identify business opportunities and define go-to-market strategies, leveraging customer insights and market learnings.<\/li>\n<li>Build success stories, case studies, and business reports to showcase impact and support internal and external alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Lead educational initiatives, including webinars and workshops, to drive ongoing engagement within the portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Own the end-to-end commercial process, including demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing long-term agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, preferably in business or engineering<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Ukrainian<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of account management, sales, business development or other relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting economic and financial impacts<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present a business case to key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>High level of organization, focus, and ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extra Points we need from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 High-volume- outbound environment experience, comfortable handling large outreach volumes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience with CRM platforms like Sales Force and expertise in sales reporting.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Familiarity with payment industry, ERP; invoicing, reconciliation tools and data-driven platforms.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Proven track record in working with international clients across diverse industries.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience selling B2B solutions in a highly consultative manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>The Payoneer Ways of Working<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Act as our customer\u2019s partner on the inside<\/strong> <br \/><em>Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do it.
