The primary responsibility is tracking BCBA sessions in CentralReach and accurately documenting data in AppSheet and Google Sheets. <strong>Experience with CentralReach is a MUST<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Track and monitor BCBA sessions using CentralReach. <\/li>\n<li> Update and maintain records in AppSheet and Google Sheets. <\/li>\n<li> Ensure session information is accurate and up to date. <\/li>\n<li> Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy. <\/li>\n<li> Communicate any discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team. <\/li>\n<li> Complete administrative tasks related to session tracking.\n<p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Experience with CentralReach is a MUST. <\/li>\n<li> Experience using Google Sheets. <\/li>\n<li> Experience using AppSheet. <\/li>\n<li> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. <\/li>\n<li> Excellent data entry accuracy. <\/li>\n<li> Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. <\/li>\n<li> Good written and verbal English communication skills. <\/li>\n<li> Previous administrative or behavioral health experience is preferred.\n<p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Software\/Tools<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> CentralReach (MUST) <\/li>\n<li> Google Sheets <\/li>\n<li> AppSheet\n<p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Monday to Friday <\/li>\n<li> 9:00 AM \u00e2\u0080\u0093 5:00 PM EST\n<p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gender Preference<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Any<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: CentralReach Administrative Assistant Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented CentralReach Administrative Assistant to support our behavioral health team.
