You will own the end-to-end CRM strategy across in-app, push, and email from the first onboarding message to the campaign that reactivates dormant users. You will join the Growth team, report to the VP Growth, and partner daily with Product, Data, and Brand teams.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Your main missions will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Guide new users to their first Joko \u00e2\u0080\u009cwow\u00e2\u0080\u009d moment:<\/strong> The first days shape everything that follows. You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll design the onboarding journey: messaging, timing, and triggers so every new user feels understood and reaches activation quickly. At our scale, getting those first touches right compounds into millions of engaged users.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Turn engaged users into power users, and power users into advocates:<\/strong> You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll build retention and referral programs that deepen usage among our best users, drive word of mouth, and lift long-term retention.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Maximize LTV across the full lifecycle:<\/strong> You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll design cross-channel journeys that deliver the right benefit to the right user at the right moment. You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll decide where AI genuinely moves the needle (and where it doesn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t), then ship production solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Drive growth across the company:<\/strong> You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, User Acquisition, and Brand so CRM compounds alongside everything else we\u00e2\u0080\u0099re building.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>\u00f0\u009f\u0091\u0080 Who we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> You have 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a high-growth mobile or consumer app. You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ve owned lifecycle programs end-to-end, not just executed individual components.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>CRM craft:<\/strong> You\u00e2\u0080\u0099re hands-on with modern CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/Customer.io\">Customer.io<\/a>, or similar) and you know what \u00e2\u0080\u009cgood\u00e2\u0080\u009d looks like across in-app, push, and email. Deliverability, segmentation logic, template design, and orchestration are second nature.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Data-driven to the core:<\/strong> You read cohort curves, funnel data, and A\/B test results fluently.
