JOB SUMMARY<\/b><\/p>\n
Location: This position is open to US, Canada, and UK -based candidates and will observe a remote work set-up.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Senior Product Owner<\/b> leads the product backlog and delivery process for a major product or platform area. They balance technical understanding with business acumen to ensure every sprint delivers meaningful customer and business value. This role also coaches other POs and contributes to continuous improvement of agile practices.<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00b7Own backlog prioritization and clarity for a complex or multi-squad product area.<\/p>\n
\u00b7Ensure sprint goals align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.<\/p>\n
\u00b7Partner with engineering, QA, and design to drive delivery excellence and predictability.<\/p>\n
\u00b7Coach junior Product Owners and contribute to improving agile maturity at Avid.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00b75+ years of experience as a Product Owner or related role in agile organizations.<\/p>\n
\u00b7Proven success leading complex delivery initiatives with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
\u00b7Deep understanding of agile frameworks, metrics, and continuous improvement methods.<\/p>\n
\u00b7Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/p>\n
\u00b7Bachelor\u2019s degree required; advanced or technical degree preferred.<\/p>\n

SUCCESS METRICS<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Salary Ranges:<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n For US-based candidates: MIN 117,582 to MAX 176,374 USD\/Annual<\/p>\n For Canada-based candidates: MIN 98,222 to MAX 147,334 CAD\/Annual<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The salary range shown reflects the company’s good faith full target range for this position at the time of posting.
