THE ROLE<\/p>\n
Behind every smooth-running team is an Operations Coordinator who makes it look easy. At NoGigiddy, you’ll keep projects on track, processes organized, and the team moving efficiently across a fast-paced remote environment. No degree required \u2014 just exceptional organization, clear communication, and a bias toward getting things done.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate projects and workflows across departments \u2014 content, marketing, partnerships, and support
Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and closed
Schedule and facilitate team meetings \u2014 set agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
Identify process inefficiencies and help implement improvements
Manage internal documentation \u2014 SOPs, templates, and company wikis
Handle vendor and contractor onboarding and offboarding logistics
Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and operational tasks
REQUIREMENTS
No degree required
Exceptional organizational skills \u2014 nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
Strong written and verbal communication across a remote team
Proficient with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
Proactive and solutions-oriented \u2014 you fix problems before they become fires
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, fast-moving environment
