You bring strong visual storytelling skills, can work within established brand systems, and know how to use AI to expand creative possibilities while maintaining quality and consistency.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>What you&#8217;ll do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<div>\n<li>Create original illustrations across branding, campaigns, editorial content, social media, and digital experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Develop character-driven narratives, visual storytelling systems, and concept-led illustration work.<\/li>\n<li>Work within existing brand and illustration systems, matching established styles with consistency and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Use Generative AI tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and illustration production.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate AI-generated assets into projects while maintaining strong artistic direction and brand integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Experiment with emerging AI workflows and share learnings with the broader creative team.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with creatives, project managers, and customers to translate briefs into polished visual outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Connect illustration decisions to broader brand, campaign, and storytelling goals.<\/li>\n<li>Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of craft.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple projects while balancing independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration.<\/li><\/div>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you\u2019ll bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<div>\n<li>5+ years of professional illustration experience with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and narrative work.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent drawing fundamentals, including anatomy, composition, perspective, form, and visual storytelling.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work within established brand systems and illustration guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related illustration tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Generative AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create consistent illustration systems, character libraries, and scalable visual assets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback, iteration, and experimentation.<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity for emerging technologies and how they can enhance illustration workflows.<\/li><\/div>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Why Join us?<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Superside&#8217;s vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world\u2019s transition to online work.
