entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p>Someone who takes ownership.<\/p>\n<p>Someone who gets shit done.<\/p>\n<p>Your mission<\/p>\n<p>Build and lead a high-performing internal creative agency that supports the entire YOUNG ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for everything that leaves the studio\u00e2\u0080\u0094from strategy to execution, planning to delivery and creative quality to operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>You will ensure that every YOUNG brand looks exceptional, communicates clearly and moves quickly.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, you will build a cost-efficient operation with strong processes, smart resource allocation, clear priorities and scalable workflows.<\/p>\n<p>This role combines creative leadership, social media expertise, production management, commercial awareness and operational excellence.<\/p>\n<p>What you will do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead YOUNG Studio as the internal agency for all YOUNG companies and brands.<\/li>\n<li>Own the studio\u00e2\u0080\u0099s creative output, planning, priorities and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee branding, design, social media, content, video, photography and creative production.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Translate ideas and business objectives into strong creative execution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and at a consistently high standard.<\/li>\n<li>Build efficient workflows and scalable production systems.<\/li>\n<li>Improve speed, quality and cost efficiency across the studio.<\/li>\n<li>Manage internal talent, freelancers, agencies, suppliers and production partners.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate rates and control external production costs.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate resources based on impact, urgency and business value.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce AI tools, automation and modern creative workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Safeguard brand consistency across every company, campaign and touchpoint.<\/li>\n<li>Create clear briefs, timelines, budgets and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify bottlenecks and solve them before they become problems.<\/li>\n<li>Turn ideas into execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who you are<\/p>\n<p>You are equally comfortable reviewing a brand identity, improving a social campaign, managing a production budget and restructuring an inefficient workflow.<\/p>\n<p>You combine creative instinct with commercial discipline.<\/p>\n<p>You understand what great content looks like, but you also know how to produce it efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>You do not wait for perfect instructions.<\/p>\n<p>You see what needs to happen and take responsibility for making it happen.<\/p>\n<p>You are decisive, resourceful and highly execution-focused.<\/p>\n<p>You have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience leading a creative team, studio, agency or internal agency.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of branding, content marketing and social media.<\/li>\n<li>A clear understanding of how to grow and manage social channels.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project, production and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness and a cost-conscious mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing budgets, suppliers, freelancers and external partners.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to balance creativity, speed, quality and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building workflows, systems and processes that scale.<\/li>\n<li>A strong interest in AI tools, automation and modern content production.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>A high level of ownership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We love people talent, not locations.<\/p>\n<p>This role offers the flexibility to work remotely.
