The successful candidate\u00e2\u0080\u0099s responsibility is to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. A role requires a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering the best-in-class service and can inspire the same results in their team. Must be able to take directions and follow through on assignments.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>What You Will Do:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean swimming pools by skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets.<\/li>\n<li>Test and balance pool water chemistry, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other chemical levels.<\/li>\n<li>Add and adjust chemicals according to safety guidelines and company standards.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect, maintain, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and recommend repairs or replacements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance on pool systems.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate service records, including water test results and maintenance performed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>What We Offer: <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package<\/li>\n<li> Excellent Training and Development opportunities<\/li>\n<li> Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort<\/li>\n<li> Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms<\/li>\n<li> Complimentary Employee Meals\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Schedule &amp; Hours:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Successful candidates will be hired as a regular, full time employee.
