This role is ideal for candidates with an \u00e2\u0080\u009cHR\/People Generalist\u00e2\u0080\u009d background and a varied skillset, who relish the opportunity for growth and development. Giving back is such an important part of what we do\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>The Manager, People &amp; Culture, reporting to the Chief Consulting Officer, is responsible for a range of duties and tasks including, but not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Culture &amp; Engagement<\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and support company-wide culture initiatives including retreats, recognition programs, celebrations, surveys and other employee engagement activities<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and support in the delivery of company All-Hands meetings and Lunch &amp; Learns<\/li>\n<li>Gather employee feedback through formal and informal channels, identify trends, and recommend improvements that strengthen our workplace culture\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Employee Lifecycle &amp; People Operations<\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and execute on the entire employee lifecycle \u00e2\u0080\u0093 From onboarding to offboarding and everything in between<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage our HRIS, HiBob, including data updates, reporting requests, and platform customizations<\/li>\n<li>Drive our end-to-end employee recruitment lifecycle and early career support initiatives (Graduate &amp; Co-Op programs)<\/li>\n<li>Manage our Canadian and US benefits plans through our broker and respective providers<\/li>\n<li>Support time tracking activities including managing time off balances, requests, approvals and updates\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Performance &amp; Development<\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with our Team Leads on their team management coaching needs<\/li>\n<li>Own the end-to-end performance process including facilitating reviews, bonus calculations and designing and implementing growth and\/or remedial strategies<\/li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, partnering with leadership on complex or escalated cases<\/li>\n<li>Support the company Learning &amp; Professional Development outcomes through engagement and completion monitoring of third-party platforms<\/li>\n<li>Research &amp; evaluate new learning &amp; development opportunities to suit our company direction &amp; strategy\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Compliance &amp; Frameworks<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and refresh our job levelling and salary banding frameworks using market benchmarking data, in partnership with leadership<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the review, risk assessment and maintenance of our compliance documents, including contracts, policies and work eligibility requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support our people strategy and provide input and advice to our leadership team\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other relevant people, culture &amp; talent duties and initiatives will be assigned as required<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 years&#8217; progressive HR\/People Operations experience with no less than 3 years in a senior generalist\/people leadership capacity, ideally in the technology and\/or consulting industries<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience with strategic planning input, including role design and reward framework application<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple competing priorities across various stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Desired Attributes<\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Further education certification\/qualification or equivalent experience in a HR or Business Management field<\/li>\n<li>Experience owning HRIS and Benefits systems a considerable asset<\/li>\n<li>Experience with the Great Place to Work certification process.<\/li>\n<li>Active experience, or a demonstrated interest, in using AI tools to streamline process and increase productivity\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent pay &amp;
