You&#8217;ll identify hiring needs, engage prospects through creative outreach, and manage the sales process from initial contact to signed partnership.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has experience in sales, business development, or recruitment and is proactive, target-driven, and eager to take ownership. You should be confident in engaging stakeholders, comfortable testing new approaches, and motivated to contribute directly to business growth. International experience is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t just about closing deals.
